2013 so far...

2013 for me has been quite a roller coaster ride and we aren't even a month in! Oh yeah and I hate roller coasters! To me the thought of being flipped around in all different directions by some man made machine isn't very inviting ;)

So keeping on the topic of roller coasters, my neck has been exactly that; a roller coaster. Somedays it is unbelievably strong and I'm wowed by what I can do. Other days are SO painful I'm tearing up even as I go to lie my head down on my pillow. Not fun.

Another low point in this roller coaster ride was discovering that the government lost some personal information (approx 583,000 students) who took out loans from 2000-2006. Unfortunately my name was on that list. I did what I could in calling my bank and ordered a copy of my credit report but for now that is all I can do.

On the upside, I've been referred to a pain specialist this Tuesday in Scarborough in hopes of finding some answers and treatment options.

On the most exciting part of the ride, I started praying for about an hr or so each day about my needs, thanksgiving and the needs of others and much to my surprise I have a renewed love for that precious time with my Father.

So that's how my 2013 started...what about yours
